Job Summary/Purpose:

Assist the Asst. Director of HR in the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures in line with the company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Asst. Director of HR in developing and implementing effective organizational structure which reflects the Hotel’s Business goals and manning guide.
  • Ensure compliance with our Human Resources policies and procedure.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the Code of Discipline.
  • Ensure a fair objective grievance procedure is achieved to.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Hotel training and development activities including but not limited to: Training Budget, Training Needs Analysis, Training programs and evaluations.
  • Provide management with Training and Development programs to achieve both, identified training needs and comply with the Corporate Policy.
