The HR Supervisor is in-charge and supervises the daily operation of the HR Department from recruitment, employee engagement and training and development. Administers and coordinates human resources programs with a primary emphasis on employment and employee relations; communicates and interprets company human resources policies and procedures; organizes company related events and conducts special trainings and monitors follow through.
