Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the ICO project, including the design of the token economy model, market positioning, and issuance plan;
Project Management: Lead the entire lifecycle management of the ICO project, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget;
Compliance and Legal: Ensure that the ICO project complies with laws and regulations globally, working with the legal team to address related compliance matters;
Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the ICO, enhancing the project's visibility and engagement;
Investor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and the community to ensure transparency and trust in the project;
Team Management: Lead and manage the ICO team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors, with successful ICO project experience;
Technical Understanding: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrencies, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and Solana. Experience participating in InfoFi projects like Polymarket and Uniswap, as well as RWA projects;
Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with the global regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies and ICOs, with experience in handling compliance matters.
