Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and escalations.

  • Coordinate customer interactions and internal team collaboration.

  • Manage the transition from deployment to steady state for new customers.

  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention.

  • Work with Sales to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on major accounts.

  • Lead quarterly customer discussions and ensure satisfaction.

Skills requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related course

  • With 7 years of experience in client services

  • With 7 years of experience in cybersecurity

  • With 7 years of experience in handling complex accounts

  • With 7 years of experience in relationship management

  • Willing to work in Makati City
