• Will be working as a support for Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications

• Liaise in following-up with applicants for visa application requirements

• Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements ensuring everything is in place

• Requirements, ensuring all required documents are provided and complete

• Draft and prepare supporting document for visa application

• Endorse completed visa application forms for payment

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for other supporting information or documents needed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate mobility, relocation services, or human resources.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and relocation processes in Metro Manila/NCR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee needs and challenges during relocation.
