- Assist in preparing and processing import documentation.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Track shipments and resolve any import-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
- Support the import department in daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth import processes.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for import activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Atleast 2 years experience in import/export or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
