1. Independently conduct research in the blockchain DeFi sector and collaborate with the team to produce high-quality research reports;

2. Participate in building and maintaining a Web3 knowledge base, organizing industry data, project information, technical and compliance materials;

3. Write various types of investment research reports (in-depth analysis, weekly reports, data modeling, trend assessment, valuation and risk frameworks, etc.);

4. Conduct due diligence responsibly, collaborating with product, investment, and technical teams to deconstruct data models and track funding positions;

5. Represent the team externally to express research viewpoints and enhance our company's influence in the industry.

  - Over 3 years of experience in the blockchain/Web3 industry, capable of independently completing the full process of DeFi research projects;

  - Understanding of the core technology stack of blockchain and on-chain key performance indicators, with the ability to quickly analyze and deconstruct;

  - Outstanding writing skills in both Chinese and English, able to produce various types of research documents;

  - Proficient in using AI tools for target analysis and organization with a high signal-to-noise ratio;

  - Skilled in using data tools such as Dune, Nansen, and Token Terminal, with basic data processing abilities;

  - Highly sensitive to industry trends, actively engaged in information channels such as GitHub and Twitter.
