At bossjob, we believe in the power of social media and influencer marketing to grow our reach and connect with new users and business clients. As part of our Marketing Team, you will play a key role in building partnerships with influencers (KOLs/KOCs) across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers (KOLs, KOCs, creators) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote bossjob through short videos or livestreams.
• Draft collaboration briefs and video scripts for daily promotions and campaigns.
• Guide influencers in creating engaging content by providing creative direction and inspiration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support daily social media operations, with a focus on TikTok content.

What we expect from you:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media operations, with at least 2 years in influencer/KOL marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content, including influencer collaborations that drive engagement and performance.
• Experience working with brands, preferably with prior agency experience.
• Existing influencer or agency connections is a plus.
