Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain records of user inquiries and technical issues.
- Assist in training users on new technologies and software updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system monitoring and administration; troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional on-site visits; may require after-hours support.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
