The Injection Technician will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth production flow and high-quality output. This role requires strong technical knowledge in machine parameter settings, troubleshooting, and quality control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines based on production requirements.
• Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to achieve optimal product quality.
• Conduct routine machine checks and perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Monitor production output and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow company SOPs and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• With experience operating and handling Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
• Knowledgeable in setting machine parameters based on production needs.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
