Description
- Install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, steel, or other materials.
- Construct frameworks, walls, and roofs according to specifications.
- Lay bricks, stones, and concrete for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on design and execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in masonry, carpentry, or installation.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials; ability to read blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, repair, and maintain masonry structures; assist carpentry projects as needed.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
