Description
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess clients' insurance needs and advise on appropriate coverage
- Provide quotes and assist with policy renewals
- Guide clients through claims processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Skills and Competencies: FINRA licensed (Series 6, 7, or 26), strong communication, analytical skills, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional client meetings; may require some travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, ethical, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
