Description

Specific duties for mortgages and insurance

  • Coordinating client loan prefixes, policy anniversaries, birthdays, client notifications, rate sourcing, and CRM updates.
  • Supporting mortgage and insurance applications from submission through to settlement
  • Assisting advisers with compliance documentation and handovers to banks and/or insurers
  • Maintaining CRM tasks and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner – experience using Trail CRM (or similar) is advantageous.
  • Keeping up to date with lender and insurer contacts and policy changes
  • Providing general admin support including answering calls and assisting advisers day-to-day

Requirements

What you'll bring:

Experience & Technical Skills:

·       Experience in Financial Services industry.

·       Technology we use – Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word), DocuSign, Adobe, and Trail CRM.

·       Strong digital literacy; confident navigating shared folders, cloud-based documents, and workflow systems

·       Prior experience in a client service or support role

Legal & Compliance Notes:

This role requires compliance with things like, The Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act 2019, The Privacy Act 2020 regarding client data, Record-keeping obligations under Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, to name a few. Training will be provided to ensure alignment with these obligations.
