About the Role:

The Internal Audit Associate supports the internal audit function of LH Paragon Group, assisting in reviewing financial records, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role involves conducting financial and operational audits, preparing reports, and assisting in evaluating internal controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in internal audits of LH Paragon Group, reviewing financial and operational processes.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, or control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit working papers, findings, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings and enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work in Oakridge Business Park (OBP), Mandaue, Cebu
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience with Big 4 auditing firms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
