Description
- Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
- Checks completeness of transmittals / incoming documents vs. transmittal log sheet
- Coordinates daily with employees and couriers for the items needed to be delivered in different branches
- Prepares gate pass for outgoing items
- Receives incoming deliveries and do the receiving report
- Prepares Purchase Request for all branches
- Prepares Monthly inventory of supplies
- Responsible in the distribution of office supplies and official forms
Requirements
- College Level or High School Graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months working experience
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good Customer Service skills is an advantage
- Willing to under agency
