Job Overview
Investment Acquisition Analyst plays a vital role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling investment proposals, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. The role also involves managing investor relations and contributing to public offering preparations to ensure the company’s financial growth and readiness for expansion.
Your Responsibilities
Fund Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate potential sources of funding, including equity, debt, and alternative financing.
- Support due diligence and feasibility analysis for prospective investors or lenders.
Communications & Reportorial Management
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investment proposals, and fundraising presentations.
- Ensure clear, timely, and transparent financial communication and reporting to stakeholders.
Capital Raising
- Provide support and coordination in fundraising efforts.
- Assist in preparing all required documentation to meet fundraising goals.
Public Offering
- Assist in planning and executing public offering initiatives and related capital-raising activities.
- Help manage cap tables and ensure regulatory compliance during offering processes.
Investor Relations Management
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors and creditors.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and corporate presentations.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years in investment banking, private equity, finance, or capital raising.
- Proven experience in fundraising and stakeholder/investor relations.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market research capabilities.
- Experience with preparing investment materials and managing investor documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing and presentation abilities.
