We are seeking candidates to support the fund’s focus on global technology and fintech investments, conducting research and making investments in crypto blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and stablecoin/RWA sectors. Location: Shenzhen / Hong Kong Responsibilities: 1. Innovation Track Identification Conduct in-depth research to identify innovative directions that integrate traditional finance (payments, banking, insurance, asset management, etc.) with emerging infrastructures such as crypto blockchain. 2. Full-Cycle Investment Execution Independently manage the entire investment cycle, from sector research and target screening to deal negotiation and post-investment exit. Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in innovation business lines at a traditional financial institution or fintech company, having led or participated in projects implementing new technologies such as blockchain. 2. Deep understanding of TradFi and DeFi convergence, with the ability to systematically articulate industry demand and development paths. 3. Preferred qualifications: ▸ Proficiency in traditional financial product design logic (ABS, structured products, cross-border payments, etc.) ▸ Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and the DeFi ecosystem ▸ Knowledge of digital asset regulatory policies in major jurisdictions
