Job Description
希望候选人配合基金专注全球科技与金融科技领域投资，在加密区块链基础设施、数字资产、稳定币/RWA赛道进行研究与投资。
工作地点：深圳/香港
工作职责：
1.创新赛道挖掘
重点研究挖掘传统金融（支付/银行/保险/资管等）与加密区块链等新基建融合创新的方向
2. 独立完成从赛道研究、标的筛选、交易谈判到投后退出的全流程闭环
任职要求
1. 2年以上传统金融机构（或金融科技企业）创新业务线实战经验，主导或参与过区块链等新技术应用的落地项目
2. 深度理解TradFi与DeFi的融合路径，能系统阐述行业需求发展路径。
3. 加分项
▸ 通晓传统金融产品设计逻辑（ABS/结构化产品/跨境支付等）
▸ 熟悉区块链基础设施和DeFi领域
▸ 熟悉主要司法辖区数字资产监管政策
