As the IT Project Manager, you will lead the coordination and execution of digital initiatives that directly impact customer experience, partner engagement, and delivery operations. This role is central to aligning local and overseas development teams, ensuring on-time feature delivery, and translating product strategy into actionable development plans. You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager and broader product team to ensure a smooth and efficient execution pipeline from backlog grooming to final release.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Team Management

  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring synchronization between local and overseas development teams to avoid delays and miscommunication.
  • Track and manage multiple concurrent eCommerce projects, including features related to order flows, user experience, restaurant dashboards, and delivery tracking.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

2. Collaboration with Product Management

  • Partner with the Lead Product Manager to interpret product requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring features and stories are prioritized and development-ready with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Support rapid iteration cycles and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, reporting directly to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, and business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant and logistics integration teams to align on technical and operational readiness.

4. Quality Assurance & Risk Management

  • Implement robust QA processes to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or platform stability.
  • Ensure smooth handovers between development, QA, and deployment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in eCommerce, logistics, or consumer-facing tech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to manage frequent release cycles and fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves communication with both local and overseas teams.
