The IT Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company's hardware, software, and database systems. This includes overseeing registration management, visitor and exhibitor management, automation of company processes, and supporting on-site applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the installation and configuration of both software and hardware systems, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation.
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures to meet specific business and operational requirements.
• Manage data migration between systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Continuously monitor database performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and fine-tune database queries for improved efficiency.
• Implement, enforce, and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive company data and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Perform regular data backups and develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and safeguard against data loss in emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data backup and recovery, ensuring business continuity in case of system failures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve database issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Android Development, React Native, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and MySQL at a beginner or intermediate level.
