- Develop, implement, and maintain IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, strong computer literacy, experience with accounting systems, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage IT projects, support Salesforce CRM, assist in accounting system maintenance, and facilitate team communications.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based environment with possible remote work opportunities.
