Role: Level 2 Technical Support

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Morning Shift


Filters Help Desk calls and provides basic support and troubleshooting.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  • Logging the queries of customers and employees.
  • Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.
  • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  • Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Prefer Immediate staff
  • Probably need a voip phone, they can ship one up if needed
  • Candidate needs to be flexible re occasional  Saturday morning work (take time
  • off in lieu the following week)
  • They also want someone who wants to grow, Platypus will pay for external
  • training courses (assuming the staff do the training in their own time)
  • Have experience at various software. Ie O365, Microsoft AD


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Microsoft certifications: MS-900MD-102, and MS-102 (must be completed).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience applying these certifications in a professional environment.
