- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of technical support experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting, customer service, and familiarity with IT systems.
