Description

  •  Source and attract top candidates across Japan markets.
  •  Build strong relationships with clients and candidates in the region.
  •  Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Contribute to expanding our recruitment capabilities and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment within Japan markets.
  • Ability to speak and write in Japanese (JLPT certification is preferred, or conversational level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working during mid-shift hours to align with Japan business hours.
  • Knowledge of local employment regulations and industry standards in Japan.
