Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architectural design and development of the blockchain risk control system
• Responsible for the development of on-chain fund traceability and labeling functions
• Optimize system performance to ensure high concurrency processing capabilities
• Collaborate closely with product and security teams to continuously improve risk control strategies

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in Java backend development, solid foundation in Java, and a deep understanding of JVM principles
• Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, familiar with their core principles and best practices
• Familiar with commonly used middleware and their principles, including but not limited to MySQL, Redis, and Kafka
• Familiar with big data processing technology stack, knowledgeable in data storage and querying tools such as ES/HBase, with experience in large-scale data processing and performance optimization
• Experience in stream processing development, proficient in using the real-time computing framework Flink, understanding its state management and fault tolerance mechanisms, as well as task optimization
• Familiar with financial risk control, anti-money laundering, and other business scenarios; experience in developing risk control systems is preferred
• Experience in security event response and emergency handling

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and expression skills, strong business understanding
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in cross-team collaboration, capable of effectively driving project progress
