Role: Inside Sales Agent

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Schedule: Mid Shift


Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research target accounts and potential contacts to generate qualified sales leads.


Sales Process Management:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products or services.
  • Create proposals and quotes tailored to client specifications.
  • Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, offering additional solutions and support as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on promises.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and events.
  • Partner with outside sales to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and coordinate efforts.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales activities and results in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.


Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and partners.

- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus:
