Job Summary:

The Jr. Creative Video Producer at Summit Outdoor Media plays a key role in developing compelling video content for advertising campaigns across social media and Out-of-Home (OOH) platforms. This position requires a dynamic blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce visually impactful content that captures audience attention.


Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Jr. Creative Video Producer will conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality multimedia assets that align with brand objectives. They will leverage their deep understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, and video production to enhance engagement and maximize campaign effectiveness across digital and outdoor advertising channels.



General Responsibilities:


Concept Development & Pre-Production

  • Develop high-quality video concepts and mockups for OOH and social media campaigns.
  • Create technically sound storyboards for projects involving 3D animation, CGI, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Summit Video Team to estimate production costs, considering software, rendering, and hardware needs.


Production & Post-Production Execution

  • Oversee video production, ensuring best practices in cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality video content.
  • Execute advanced editing techniques, including compositing, motion tracking, and color grading using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Lead VFX and CGI integration, ensuring precise rendering and seamless 3D compositing.
  • Optimize videos for OOH screens, ensuring compatibility with various resolutions, frame rates, and aspect ratios.
  • Implement advanced encoding and compression techniques for high-quality, smooth playback.


Client Engagement & Creative Strategy

  • Present video concepts, explaining creative vision, technical execution, and campaign alignment.
  • Work closely with the OOH Sales Team to ensure videos meet client objectives and technical standards.
  • Provide expert insights on emerging video trends, technologies, and creative strategies.


Technical Innovation & Process Optimization

  • Research and implement innovative workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and automation tools for video production and post production
  • Stay updated on advancements in compression, real-time rendering, and interactive OOH video solutions.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, or any related visual creative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in film and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Proficiency in video production and post-production techniques, including editing and color grading.
  • Proficiency in design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), as well as 3D modeling and animation tools.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly creative and data-driven, with a keen eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership capability, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to completion.
