Description

Below are the list of Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of the following accounting documents
  • Check and Check Vouchers
  • Journal Entries
  • Billing Invoices
  • Debit and Credit Memos
  1. Financial Statement Schedules
  2. Maintain Accounting books of accounts
  3. Compliance with Government Reports
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) / eFPS
  • Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)
  1. Others

Bank Reconciliation

  • Assist during external audit (KPMG)
  • Assist during BIR audit
  • Coordinate with immediate superior re PSA compliance
  • Filing of accounting documents
  • Fixed Assets Monitoring and Tagging
  • Liquidation of Petty Cash
  • Liquidation of Cash Advances
  • Releasing and Deposit of Checks

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or other Business Administration related courses
  • With 2 to 3 years of working experience handling general accounting
  • Experience in handling PEZA transactions is a plus, but not required
  • Must be willing to work 6 days in a week
  • Very keen into details
