Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in Southeast Asia’s largest Gentle Monster location, opening to the public this October. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, filling out sales reports, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store. They will contribute to achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction through their interactions and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:

· Always interact with customers based on the brand’s guidelines.

· Assist customers in locating products, answering queries, and providing product information when need be.

· Offer suggestions and recommendations based on customer’s needs, preferences, and facial structure.

· Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Sales and Transactions:

· Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

· Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

· Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with store policies.

  • Merchandising and Store Presentation:

· Ensure that products are neatly displayed, and shelves are properly stocked and organized.

· Monitor inventory level and communicate restocking needs to management.

· Participate in periodic store merchandising and arrangement changes.

· Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Product Knowledge:

· Stay informed about product features, specifications, and uses to assist customers effectively.

· Attend training sessions and product knowledge workshops provided by the store or company.

  • Team Collaboration:

· Work collaboratively with other sales associates, as well as other departments such as inventory, customer service, and management.

· Communicate customer feedback and trends to help improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

· Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

· Attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

· Fluent in English and Tagalog.

· Experience with optical brands is a plus.
