Description
- Assist in production to understand its cycle and system, as well as the machinery used.
- Monitor human work, acting as a leader in each department, along with monitoring the machinery.
- Knowledge of basic compound design.
- Knowledge in compression, injection, and transfer molding, etc.
- New process improvements and rejection control.
- Analysis and reduction of tire defects.
- Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems.
- Production improvement through time and motion study.
- Effectively support 5S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinate with other departments.
- Knowledge in engineering plastics such as automobile, electrical, and medical components.
- Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw materials.
- Aware of all types of raw materials and testing.
- Supervise the follow-up and execution of development-related activities in process/product development.
- Identify areas for improvement in process simplification and product enhancement.
- Implementation of work instructions and coordination with production to improve and facilitate process-related problems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues at the units and immediate escalation.
- Analysis and reduction of defects and tire scrap.
Requirements
- Graduate of a chemical, mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering program
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they are licensed engineers
- Female graduates in chemical engineering are particularly encouraged to apply
- Willingness to be assigned to Valenzuela City is required
