The Kitchen Assistant supports daily kitchen operations by helping with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all kitchen tools and equipment are properly sanitized. The role includes basic chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients, as well as assisting cooks during service.

The Kitchen Assistant also helps with storing supplies, organizing the workstation, and following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
