- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma
- Experience Level: 1-3 Years in a kitchen setting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sushi preparation, knife handling, food safety, portion control, presentation skills, and time management
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist chefs, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure food quality
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring teamwork
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to hygiene
