- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas.
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Help store and label food items properly.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Cook skill, self-starter, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, customer-oriented, discretion, effective written and verbal communication, heavy lifting, attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, assist with food preparation, support kitchen staff, and ensure a safe working environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen, standing for long periods, handling heavy items
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure
