7. Promptly inform relevant departments about user issues and online transaction anomalies and follow up until the issues are resolved.

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, English, or a related field.

2) Experience in a similar position at an exchange.

3) Fluency in Korean, both written and verbal.

5) In-depth understanding of contracts, spot products, and related workflows on peer platforms.

6) Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling challenging customer interactions.

7) Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
