We’re hiring a Japanese Language Program Coordinator

to take on a Program Head role at PJ Link Language Center in Makati, Philippines!

Location: Makati | Full-Time Employment Visa Sponsorship Available for Qualified Native Japanese Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Nihongo (Beginner to Advanced)
  • Lead and develop the Nihongo program and curriculum
  • Mentor and manage Nihongo instructors.
  • Plan teacher training and improve instructional quality
  • Monitor and report learners’ progress.
  • Oversee class scheduling and evaluations.
  • Prepare for the final day of the program.
  • Collaborate with management and support marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 holder 5+ years of teaching experience.
  • Experienced in Irodori, Try!, or e-Try Proficient in Japanese and English (business-level)
  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills
  • Experience abroad or TOEIC 700+ is a plus for native speakers.


This is a Program Head role.

Note: The salary for this role is negotiable and will depend on the candidate’s years of relevant experience.
