• Design and develop discussion and debate topics based on provided critical‐thinking materials, tailored to the needs of students across different age groups.
• Evaluate students’ English proficiency levels and formulate individualized learning plans.
• Create an interactive, multimedia‐rich online learning environment to engage students and foster interest in English language acquisition.
• Conduct regular assessments of learning outcomes, deliver detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably a PhD, in law, political science, medicine, biology, history, languages, or a related field.
• Open to both current students and working professionals.
• Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level) with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical‐thinking ability and strong discussion and communication skills.
• Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and highly attuned to cross‐cultural communication.
