Assist in marketing and promoting available properties/units to prospective clients.
Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and present leasing terms.
Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
Coordinate with property management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Ensure accurate records of tenants, contracts, and payments.
Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
Support leasing targets and contribute to occupant

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
With at least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates may be considered).
Knowledge of real estate, leasing procedures, and property documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Willing to do fieldwork, property tours, and site inspections as needed.
Customer service–oriented with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
