  • Assist with property leasing processes and tenant inquiries.
  • Manage scheduling and conduct property tours.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and rental agreements.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote available units.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in leasing or property management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and teamwork orientation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, occasional weekends or evenings required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and customer-focused.
