Provide administrative support to Management.
Draft, proofread, and format contracts, agreements, memos, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and track legal deadlines and deliverables.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files, ensuring document control and confidentiality.
Support contract lifecycle management, including execution, storage, and renewal tracking.
Assist in corporate governance matters, such as board resolutions, minutes, and filings.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external legal counsel.
Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding ongoing legal matters and risks.
Conduct basic legal research and compile findings as needed.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes relevant to company operations.
Act as Company representatives

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant in legal setting, or Paralegal.
Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal terminology.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good in presentation skills and with pleasing personality
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
