- Act as a bridge between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Organize and attend meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in conflict resolution and negotiation processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma; additional coursework in communications or public relations is advantageous.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a liaison or related role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data analysis, effective time management, strong organizational abilities, and superior analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, analyze data to inform decisions, organize meetings and events, and manage communications.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve travel for meetings or events; requires flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, strong problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
