- Act as a primary point of contact between clients and collections team.
- Facilitate communication to resolve billing inquiries promptly.
- Gather and analyze data to optimize collection strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Job Title: Liaison Collector
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong documentation skills, efficient transfer of documents, proficient driving skills, and excellent time management abilities.
- Must have knowledge in the process of transferring ownership of automotive.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, involving travel and potentially long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
