Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
Must be capable of cooking Thai dishes along with other menu items
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas

Educational Qualifications: A diploma in culinary arts or a related field is required.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, Thai cuisine, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for cooking. Must be a self-starter, exercise discretion, and possess excellent organizational skills.
