Job Description

  • Responsible for the report preparations for all LOD transactions.
  • Checks documents / reports received from branches / ITD / other sources and consolidates to create official reports.
  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of reports.
  • Loans Operations:
  • Reviews and checks data received from sources. Reports discrepancies and note errors.
  • Prepares reports (Mancom and other Management Reports, Loan Proceeds, ORCR and DI Payments, Checkpoints and other reports that may be assigned by the Head.
  • Operating Policies, procedures, and guidelines:
  • Monitors operational processes and ensure that they are done accurately and completely within the prescribed turn-around time.
  • Complies with the existing rules and regulations of the company ( e.g. COC, OM, IN, directives)
  • Other administrative functions:
  • Process Employee Motorcycle Loan booking.
  • Process registration and encumbrance of high-end bikes and payments to TPSPs.
  • Process Insurance payments and other related transactions.
  • Assist the branch in its operations (ATD / BKG/ ACS), as needed and for BCP purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a college graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With 6 months to 1 year of experience in Loans, Admin, Documentation and Reports Management.
  • Has experience also in using with Microsoft Office application (Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Amenable to report in Paseo de Roxas, Makati.
