  • Communicate with all couriers and delivery team.
  • Consolidate the day-to-day transactions.
  • Validate all the details with couriers .
  • Checking and receiving of all documents for bill.
  • Coordinate the billing with the Service Finance Team.
  • Ensure proper billing of documents.
  • Accurately prepare and submit correct billing with vendors.
  • Resolve billing issues if any.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in billing is a plus.
  • Must be able to cope up with pressures and deadline.
  • Computer literate (most especially in Excel).
  • Flexible, keen to details, and high sense of integrity.
  • With above-average oral and written communication skills.
