Responsible for overall coordination from client, sales and other departments related to project, dispatching, project monitoring and project evaluation reports and other admin/clerical tasks. Identify, communicate, escalate, and formulate solutions for any problems that may arise. Daily vehicle monitoring routes. Ensure standards are met and the quality of finished products are based on Ideal Home quality standards.

• Set, monitor and evaluate schedules for delivery and installation. 
• Organize transportation activities, including storage of items, managing information from point of origin to delivery, securing work permits, and arrangement of lodging for out-of-town projects. 
• Serve as point of contact for customers on any logistics, delivery, installation and after-sales related issue.
• Providing administrative support to the Technical Supervisor and the Installation Department.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Identify, communicate, escalate, and formulate solutions for any problems that may arise.
• Identify, suggest and implement corrective actions to improve company standards and quality.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving solutions to any problems that may arise.
• Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck, van, and motorcycle.
• Daily monitoring of delivery routes to ensure delivery teams follows the scope of work assigned
• Assure all trackers are working properly, Prepare and send accurate reports for upper management weekly.
• Responsible for checking onsite projects, preparing and sending accurate evaluation reports per project.
• Responsible for motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
