• The Operations Trainer is responsible for training and onboarding new and existing restaurant staff to ensure they meet operational standards, especially related to Korean BBQ dining. This role ensures consistent execution of procedures, customer service, food safety, and quality standards across all branches.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Operations or Business Management, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in training or supervisory role in the food service industry
• Experience in Korean BBQ or buffet-style restaurants is a strong advantage

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to coach and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational workflows
• Ability to document and develop training materials
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; Korean language skills are a plus
