- Providing beauty services, such as manicures. pedicures, acrylic or gel extensions, and nail art.
- Offering excellent customer service throughout every client's visit to the salon.
- Listening actively to understand what a client wants and making recommendations.
- Providing hand and foot massages, applying moisturizer, and using paraffin wax. treatments to soften skin.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the nail or lash application process.
- Teaching clients about healthy nails after care practices and suggesting suitable products or regular services.
- Following trends and learning new techniques to offer more diverse services.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues or complaints if they arise.
- At least 2 years experience
- Bachelor's degree required
