Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on residential and commercial real estate markets.
• Analyze property values, transaction data, economic indicators, and demographic trends.
• Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare detailed market analysis reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the sales, investment, and development teams.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies based on market insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates on market conditions.
• Develop and maintain robust databases and analytical tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support research initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in market research, financial analysis, or a related role within the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Preferred Skills:
