- Assist in marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions).
- Manage and update social media accounts.
- Create and organize marketing materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Assist in event planning and travel promotions.
- Prepare reports and basic administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience (preferably in a travel agency).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for travel and customer engagement.
