Description
- Plan and execute a events.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities; proficient in market research.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in planning and organizing events; support vendor relationships; conduct market research.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential extended hours during events.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
