Marketing Associate/ Assistant

  • We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Associate/Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone wishing to advance their marketing career and obtain practical experience in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and committed to driving business growth through innovative marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with the implementation of marketing initiatives across numerous platforms (internet, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content such as blog entries, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Assist with managing and updating the company's website and social media accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to detect trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing data and aid with campaign performance reporting.
  • Help to organize events, promotions, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve message consistency and branding alignment.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Marketing/ Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing tools, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.

Skills/ Work Experience

  • The Position requires working with the Sales and Marketing Team to coordinate all activities associated with the sales processes and is also tasked with the creation and dissemination of sales and marketing materials. The role requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, disciplined work habits, effective multi-tasking and flexibility.

Required Skills:

  • Must be hardworking and willing to do fieldwork.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing and people oriented
  • With time management skills, patient, and able to negotiate.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of any design software is a plus.
